“This place is simply a gem. The space is perfect for small to mid-size company events. That was the scenario in which I enjoyed the Local Ark. For four days, we arrived and started our day with a gourmet breakfast and enjoyed a full spread for lunch as well. All the food is prepared on site and was always hot and delicious. The atmosphere creates a perfect balance of relaxation and focus. It was a fantastic experience and our team achieved a lot. I have not experienced the Chapel in action but was able to walk through it and it is just beautiful.”

“Wow, we have found our place to meet and get things done. Our Company recently held our executive leadership meeting at the Local Ark. It was our best strategic meeting in any year. The location settled just 5 minutes from downtown Franklin, was a very relaxed and casual setting in the rolling hills out in the country. Not only was the new facility outstanding, the staff was professional and so accommodating, making us feel as if we were truly “home.” In addition, they prepared our breakfast and lunch for us in a great setting, saving us a lot of time that we could constructively use, rather than having to drive someplace to eat. Plus, the food was outstanding. At our breaks, coffee, water, and snacks were provided. I would highly recommend using this facility for your corporate meetings. We have already booked our annual Sales team meeting at the facility. So, needless to say, we will be back!”
